By submitting his order on our website www.tresorsdesvignes.com, the customer is agreeing to all the terms and conditions of sale mentioned below. The present agreement is governed by French law. Tribunals of SEP Richaud head office (Nîmes) are the only competent authorities.

The wines we offer on our website are stocked in our cellar. Our site is updated regularly. Nevertheless, the stock is not in real time. So please, contact us through our free call-back service before submitting your order, to be informed about the availability of the different wines that we propose in very small quantities.

Our offers are without obligation until sale, while stocks last.

• RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

In accordance with the law 80-335 of May 12th 1980, any sold merchandise remains the property of our company until the full purchased price has been paid.

• RECEPTION

The person who receives the order must check the goods before signing the delivery note.In case of damage (missing, breakage, deterioration…), this person must clearly specify the name and quantity of broken or missing bottles on the delivery note with his name and signature. As soon as we will be informed, whether by fax, mail, email or phone (within 24h at the latest), we will notify the insurance. This is the sole procedure that gives right to reimburse or replace the bottles of wine.

• LEGAL INFORMATION

In accordance with the provision of the order 59-107 of January 7th 1959, it is forbidden to sale alcohol to minor under 16.

Abuse of alcohol is dangerous for health. It must be drunk in moderation.


• ORDERS ANALYSIS

nformation relating to your order is the subject of an automated data proceeding, for which FIA-NET S.A. is responsible. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a level of analysis for a transaction, and to fight bank card fraud.

FIA-NET S.A. and the merchant you are buying from are the recipients of the data relating to your order. The non-transmission of data relating to your order prevents your transaction from being carried out and analyzed.
